Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of construction crews.
Ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to company quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress.
Identify potential issues and proactively solve on-site problems.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Site Foreman or Construction Supervisor.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification (preferred).
Experience with (specific type of projects -- e.g., concrete, framing, commercial, etc.) is a plus.
