Site Foreman
to join our team and oversee daily site operations.

The
Site Foreman
will be responsible for supervising site labor, ensuring work is executed according to plans, coordinating tasks and trades, and maintaining site safety and productivity. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, technical know-how, and the ability to manage workers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead construction teams on site
Execute work according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines
Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers
Ensure site safety compliance and report any incidents or violations
Maintain daily site records, including attendance, progress, and materials used
Communicate with project managers and site engineers regarding progress and challenges
Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed to a high standard
Assist in resolving site issues and troubleshooting construction problems
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction foreman role in the UAE
Strong knowledge of general contracting and fit-out practices
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
Excellent team leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
Familiarity with safety standards and construction site procedures
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
