Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and timely delivery of materials.
Monitor workmanship and quality of finishes to meet client and company standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Manage and assign tasks to site workers, subcontractors, and technicians.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update management on status.
Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Conduct inspections at various stages of work and prepare snag lists for rectification.
Verify that tools, equipment, and materials are available and used efficiently.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to report progress and discuss challenges.
Ensure final handover of completed fit-out works meets approved standards and client satisfaction.
