Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to oversee signage installation works on-site and ensure project execution according to drawings, safety standards, and client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and experience in managing site activities within the signage or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities and manage installation teams for signage and fabrication works. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution. Study project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to understand scope and installation requirements. Ensure work progress is carried out efficiently and according to approved drawings and project timelines. Measure and monitor site work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Ensure safety rules, quality standards, and compliance procedures are followed on-site. Manage materials, equipment, and manpower planning for site activities. Resolve site issues, discrepancies, and technical problems promptly. Conduct site inspections and final snagging / handover activities. Support project manager in preparing documentation and project updates.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field. 2-4 years experience in signage installation or construction supervision. Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes (ACP cladding, steel structure, internal & external signage, LED work, etc.). Ability to read and understand engineering/technical drawings. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office & AutoCAD (preferred). Valid driving license (any country). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
