Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Fit-Out Site Engineer

to manage and supervise the site execution of commercial and F&B interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Manage and oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, MEP installations, flooring, and joinery.

Technical Coordination:

Coordinate with design, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure proper integration of all disciplines and resolve technical issues on-site.

Project Scheduling:

Monitor construction schedules, milestones, and work progress; ensure timely delivery of tasks in accordance with project timelines.

Subcontractor Management:

Supervise subcontractors and vendors; ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout various stages of the fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved plans and materials.

Health & Safety:

Enforce safety practices and compliance with local HSE regulations; ensure the site is maintained in a safe and organized condition.

Material Management:

Monitor and manage material deliveries and usage on-site; coordinate procurement requirements with the project team.

Client Coordination:

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders; provide updates on project status and address site-related concerns.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, inspection requests, and other relevant documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

Site Engineer: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:

UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
