Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute site activities related to equipment installation and structural works. Coordinate with design and planning teams to ensure compliance with structural drawings and specifications. Ensure timely availability and optimal use of construction equipment and materials. Monitor and enforce safety standards and quality control at the site. Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and inspection logs. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Resolve any technical issues or on-site challenges promptly. Support the project manager in maintaining project timelines and cost control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field. Minimum [X] years of experience in site engineering with a focus on equipment and structural works. Proven experience in managing steel structures, concrete works, and heavy equipment installation. Strong knowledge of structural codes and safety regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Immediate joiner or available within short notice preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects. Certification in structural inspection or site safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus. Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and equipment layouts.
