Site Engineer Scaffolding Company
Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in the aluminum industry. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of aluminum installation processes and be able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. A valid driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage site operations related to aluminum works.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and adhere to quality standards.
Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
Maintain safety standards on-site and enforce compliance with regulations.
Report regularly on project status to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the aluminum industry.
Strong knowledge of aluminum installation techniques and processes.
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
* 25% (Preferred)
