We are seeking a proactive
Site Engineer
to lead on-site execution with precision, ensuring every detail reflects our artisanal craftsmanship and sustainable ethos.
Your Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with applicators and subcontractors.
Ensure timely execution aligned with design intent and technical specifications.
Monitor surface preparation, application, curing, and finishing stages for all materials.
Maintain project quality, safety, and compliance with environmental standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
2+ years' site experience, ideally with decorative coatings or finishing works.
Strong knowledge of surface materials (e.g., microcement, lime plaster, etc.).
Eye for detail and commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability.
UAE experience preferred; based in UAE.
