We are a growing construction company looking for a dedicated and skilled
Site Engineer / Project Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects on-site from initiation to completion; ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget targets are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in the UAE construction sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labour teams to achieve project milestones.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
Prepare, maintain, and submit timely progress reports to management.
Assist in resolving technical issues and on-site challenges promptly.
Monitor resources, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
as a Site Engineer in the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read, analyze, and implement construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors and site staff effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools/software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
