Civil Engineer (Site Engineer / Project Manager)

About the Company:

We are a real estate development company based in Ajman, specializing in the construction and sale of high-quality villas and townhouses. We are currently managing several active projects in Ajman and looking to hire a skilled engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise villa/townhouse projects in Ajman from start to handover. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and municipality regulations. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and Ajman Municipality. Prepare and review BOQs and daily/weekly progress reports. Monitor project timelines using Primavera or similar software to ensure on-time delivery. Solve on-site issues proactively and ensure safety and quality standards. Represent the company in site meetings with consultants and contractors.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience in villa/townhouse projects (mandatory). Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills. Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
