Supervise and manage all on-site construction and finishing works including civil, MEP, joinery, ceilings, flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms. Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
Quality Control:
Monitor workmanship and verify dimensions, materials, and finishes before and after installation. Raise and close Work Inspection Reports (WIRs) for all critical activities and stop any non-compliant works immediately.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate daily with the Project Engineer - Operations to align site progress, resource needs, and procurement status. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
Planning and Reporting:
Prepare and submit Daily Site Reports (DSRs) in
Wrike (Project Management Software)
, documenting manpower, progress, materials, deliveries, photos, and site remarks. Submit Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs) and Site Reports summarizing achievements, pending works, and risks.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
Enforce strict compliance with site safety regulations and PPE usage. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free site environment.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate site documentation including Delivery Orders (DOs), approvals, NCRs, drawings, and WIR logs. Keep site drawings updated and accessible to all team members.
Subcontractor Supervision:
Monitor and verify subcontractor work daily for quality, productivity, and adherence to schedule. Stop non-compliant works and escalate issues promptly through Wrike.
Resource & Cost Control:
Prevent wastage of materials and misuse of manpower. Safeguard high-value finishes and imported materials. Report variation works and potential cost impacts before execution.
Risk Identification & Problem Solving:
Identify site issues early, analyze their Cause ? Effect ? Solution (CES), and propose corrective actions. Ensure timely escalation to avoid schedule or cost impacts.
Professional Conduct:
Demonstrate proactive leadership, accountability, and solution-oriented behavior. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional communication at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects.
Skills:
Minimum G+1 Dubai Municipality license.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel and work at various sites.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination.
Ability to manage a site with multiple trades simultaneously.
