We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

candidates

to join our dynamic team for a prestigious mega project in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a high-profile project from conception to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations. Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Mitigate risks and resolve challenges to maintain project timelines and objectives. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in similar projects (For Project Engineers) Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar projects (For site Engineers) Proven track record in managing mega projects, preferably in the GCC region.

Certifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management tools and software. In-depth knowledge of construction best practices and local regulations.
