Candidate should be able to manage the site very well. FIT OUT experience is a MUST. Coordinate with the contractors and report the site progress to the General Manager. Very good communication skill. Should be able to follow up with works as per the specifications and BOQ provided. Handover to the client and rectify the snags if any. Prepare the variations and submit the payments required from the client all as per the contract and the site progress. Site Engineer should be Architect/Interior designers.
