. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensure work quality, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain project timelines and standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site activities related to joinery, fit-out, kitchen, wardrobe, screed, and tile works, etc.
Ensure all installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring.
Prepare daily site reports, material requests, and progress updates.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum
3-5 years of site experience
in UAE for
joinery and interior fit-out works
(kitchen, wardrobes, screed, tiles).
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and finishing details.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
