Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer (Fit-out) based in Dubai. As a Site Engineer (Fit-out), you will be responsible for overseeing site activities related to fit-out projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing project progress, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, conducting quality inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards, resolving technical issues, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including labor force, quality control, and coordination with clients and management Able to handle multiple projects simultaniously. Material Knowledge Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements, and high attention to detail. Knowledge in Local Authority Approvals including , Trakhees, DCD, DEWA etc Knowledge in projects related documentation, writing emails etc. Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings Material and manpower planning and management Should be able to work with high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently Must have knowledge of Commercial and or Office Fit outs Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports Supervise teams of Carpenters and technicians Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management Honest, discipline, self-motivated and hardworking Site protection/Safety work environment to be monitored.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Site Engineer or a similar role in the fit-out industry Proficiency in project management software and tools Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Relevant certifications and experience in handling fit-out projects in commercial or residential buildings are highly desirable.
