Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled

Site Engineer

to manage the execution of construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and inspection logs. Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and report to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Assist in material procurement and verification of delivered items. Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to construction standards and client expectations. Attend site meetings, inspections, and handovers with consultants or clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit-out or construction projects. Strong understanding of site execution, finishes, and coordination. Ability to read and implement technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices. Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on multiple sites and adapt to project needs.

Preferred:

UAE or GCC experience (adjust if needed). Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes. Experience in MEP coordination is a plus
