Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all
fit-out site works
and
subcontractors
.
Ensure adherence to
project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct
site inspections
and ensure compliance with
safety and authority regulations
.
Prepare
progress reports
and follow up on project completion.
Coordinate with
supervisors, procurement, consultants, and clients.
Handle
authority inspections
(DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.).
Review and interpret
construction drawings
and manage
MEP coordination.
Solve technical issues and ensure smooth on-site execution.
Use
AutoCAD
and other tools to interpret and adjust drawings as required.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years UAE experience
in
interior fit-out or construction
.
Strong background in
Civil and MEP engineering.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
project management tools.
Good knowledge of
local authority requirements and inspection processes.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and organizational
skills.
At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil or MEP Engineering
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
