Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Prepare progress reports and update management on site status.
Always maintain health & safety standards.
Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance.
Monitor quality of work and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery works.
Ability to read and interpret drawings & BOQs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
