The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and safety regulations.
Conduct quality control checks and resolve technical issues.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain daily reports on progress, materials, and workforce.
Ensure the proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in site supervision specifically in fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
