to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out projects, from site execution to project handover, while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage interior fit-out projects on-site from initiation to completion.
Plan and oversee daily and weekly site activities to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship in line with project specifications and standards.
Supervise labor force and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
Resolve technical issues and address on-site challenges promptly.
Ensure compliance with UAE civil regulations, construction guidelines, and safety standards.
Prepare BOQs, RFIs, progress reports, and project close-out documentation.
Support procurement, budgeting, and resource planning activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in civil works within interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, execution methods, and project sequencing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
