Job Summary:

We are an established interior decor company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee site execution and handle technical drawings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and interpreting

MEP drawings

,

2D/3D layouts

, and ensuring that on-site work aligns with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review

MEP drawings

(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) based on project requirements. Develop accurate

2D drawings

and

3D models/layouts

for interior fit-out projects using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to implement drawings at the site. Monitor site execution to ensure work is being completed as per design, schedule, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues during installation or construction. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on-site. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports. Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and project managers for smooth execution.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in site execution and drawing preparation for interior projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office. Strong understanding of MEP systems and interior fit-out procedures. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Prior experience in interior decor or fit-out companies. Knowledge of project management tools.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
