Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in site supervision within interior design or fit-out projects

Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior design and fit-out projects in Dubai. The selected candidate will ensure that all project activities are executed on schedule, within the set budget, and aligned with the company's quality and design standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure that all work is performed according to drawings, technical specifications, and health and safety regulations.
• Track project milestones and progress, ensuring timely delivery of all construction and finishing stages.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status for management review.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and technical teams to maintain seamless project flow.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out or design projects.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and finishing work.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
