The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that all construction work is executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules. The role requires hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and strong coordination with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Monitor progress and quality of works to ensure adherence to project schedule and safety standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work. Prepare daily site reports, work progress summaries, and material usage logs. Assist in planning and sequencing of construction activities to optimize productivity. Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC and HSE requirements at the site. Verify materials, drawings, and quantities before execution. Identify and report any technical issues or deviations to the Project Engineer/Manager. Participate in site inspections and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly. Attend site meetings and contribute to resolving construction-related challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 5-6 years of

UAE experience

as a Site Engineer, preferably in

high-rise or large-scale building projects

. Strong understanding of construction methods, project sequencing, and finishing works. Familiar with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and safety standards. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

MS Office

, and construction management software. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience with well-known consultants or main contractors in Dubai. Certification in project management or construction supervision (advantage).
