We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of high-rise construction projects in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction activities at the designated high-rise project site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and work methods.
Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, identify and resolve construction issues promptly.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on construction progress, material consumption, and labor productivity.
Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, surveyors, and other stakeholders on-site.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Manage and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, material inspection records, and non-conformance reports.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Site Engineer in high-rise building construction projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes applicable to high-rise construction in Dubai.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to perform regular site inspections.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Planning to relocate before start of work (Preferred)
