We are looking for a Site Engineer with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in floor coating, epoxy, polyurethane, or industrial flooring works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with the project and client teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site operations for floor coating projects. Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for project requirements. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Inspect surface preparation, mixing ratios, and application procedures. Monitor manpower and material usage efficiently.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in floor coating / epoxy works. Good knowledge of coating materials, surface preparation, and application methods. Strong communication and leadership skills. UAE driving license (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
