Conchem Technical Service LLC is seeking a QS/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in floor coating projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring both quantity and quality on-site to ensure that all works meet project standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit project sites to check and verify material quantities and usage. Inspect floor coating application to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct quality tests and document findings. Prepare reports on material consumption, quality inspections, and project progress. Identify and resolve any quality or quantity discrepancies. Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain proper documentation of inspections, tests, and quality records.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in floor coating or related construction/industrial coatings. Hands-on experience with site inspections for both quantity and quality. Knowledge of floor coating materials, application techniques, and standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred:
Certification in Quality Control/Assurance or Quantity Surveying.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
