Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage waterproofing works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work
Conduct site inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions to ensure project continuity
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in waterproofing or construction site supervision
Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and application techniques
Proficient in reading technical drawings and project documentation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
UAE driving license preferred (if applicable)
