Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily floor coating activities at the site.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure proper surface preparation before coating application (cleaning, grinding, repairing, priming).
Oversee mixing and application of floor coating materials (epoxy, PU, protective coatings, etc.).
Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to specifications and project standards.
Maintain daily site reports & DPR , material usage logs, and manpower records.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly handled.
Enforce site safety rules and regulations; report incidents immediately.
Communicate progress, issues, and requirements to the project manager.
Assist in resolving technical or site-related challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in
floor coating
, epoxy, PU, or similar finishing works.
Strong knowledge of coating materials, application methods, and surface preparation.
Ability to read drawings and understand work specifications.
Good leadership and team supervision skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills for daily reporting (preferred).
Education:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
Relevant certification in coating application is an advantage.
