We are looking for a qualified and proactive Site Engineer with an Architectural Degree and proven experience on Ashghal infrastructure/building projects. The candidate will play a critical role in overseeing on-site architectural works, ensuring compliance with Ashghal standards, and managing coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise architectural site activities as per Ashghal-approved drawings and specifications Ensure full compliance with Ashghal regulations, standards, and QA/QC procedures Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management teams to resolve technical issues Conduct routine inspections and monitor progress, safety, and quality Review and verify architectural shop drawings and materials for submission and approval Prepare daily site reports, progress tracking, and documentation as per Ashghal requirements Assist in responding to NCRs, RFIs, and ensure timely corrective actions Liaise with Ashghal representatives during site inspections and audits

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering Minimum 12 years of experience as a Site Engineer on Ashghal projects (must-have) Strong understanding of Ashghal specifications, procedures, and submittal processes Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office; knowledge of Primavera or project management tools is a plus Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, construction sequencing, and materials Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills Must be based in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
