Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily finishing works (lime, clay, terrazzo, microcement, etc.). Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and procurement teams for material and drawing alignment. Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to project schedule. Prepare daily reports and support site inspections. Maintain quality control of materials and application methods.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. 3-5 years site experience in architectural or interior finishing works. Strong knowledge in sustainable and decorative materials. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
