Job Description

1. Site Engineer - Architectural (Job Responsibilities)



Supervise architectural works to ensure they align with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors for timely execution of finishes (e.g., blockwork, plaster, tiles, false ceiling, painting, etc.). Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship for architectural elements. Check levels, alignments, and dimensions at site prior to execution. Coordinate with MEP teams for service integration (openings, sleeves, etc.). Conduct daily inspections and prepare progress reports. Review and raise RFIs for architectural conflicts in drawings. Monitor subcontractor and labor productivity and quality. Participate in site meetings and coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections. Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and project standards.

2. Site Engineer - Structural (Job Responsibilities)



Supervise execution of structural works such as foundation, columns, slabs, beams, and retaining walls. Ensure proper placement of reinforcement as per structural drawings. Check shuttering, formwork, concrete pouring, and curing procedures. Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals. Maintain daily site records and material usage reports. Monitor contractor work for adherence to specifications and tolerances. Ensure proper sequencing of structural activities with minimal rework. Verify bar bending schedules (BBS) and steel fabrication accuracy. Resolve site issues related to structure in coordination with design teams. Ensure safety compliance during heavy works like lifting and formwork erection.

3. Site Engineer - Electrical (Job Responsibilities)



Supervise installation of electrical systems: containment (cable trays, conduits), wiring, panels, and DBs. Coordinate with civil and finishing teams for routing and clearances. Verify electrical drawings, schematic diagrams, and load schedules. Conduct inspections for cable pulling, glanding, termination, and earthing systems. Monitor compliance with QCDD, Kahramaa, and project specifications. Prepare daily reports and material request forecasts. Coordinate with MEP coordinator for inspection requests and approvals. Troubleshoot site issues in coordination with suppliers or consultants. Ensure proper labeling and installation of devices and fixtures. Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

4. Site Engineer - Mechanical (Job Responsibilities)



Supervise site installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems. Ensure all MEP works follow approved shop drawings and method statements. Monitor ductwork fabrication, chilled water pipe routing, pump installation, and insulation works. Coordinate with electrical and architectural teams for MEP clearance issues. Inspect mechanical equipment deliveries and verify compliance with submittals. Raise inspection requests (IRs) and attend with consultant/client. Prepare daily progress reports and update MEP work status. Monitor third-party testing (e.g., pressure test, smoke test). Support testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) and Ashghal standards.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
