Job Description

We are seeking a

qualified and experienced Site Civil Engineer

to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate should have

a minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in the UAE

, with a solid understanding of local regulations, site management practices, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

Supervise and execute civil works at the construction site in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Ensure all activities comply with local regulations (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc.). Coordinate with Technical Office Civil Engineer, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless site operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports including progress updates and material usage. Monitor site safety and enforce strict compliance with HSE standards. Review and interpret technical drawings and construction plans. Manage quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction. Plan and manage manpower, material, and machinery on-site. Attend site meetings and provide technical input where necessary. Resolve site issues and technical challenges efficiently. Assist in preparing As-Built drawings and handover documentation.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer 5-6 years of experience in UAE as construction site Civil Engineer. Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and other software. Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations. Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication. Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results. Experience with government authorities like DM, ADM, etc
