Responsible for supervising all fit-out site activities, ensuring work quality, progress, and completion within deadlines while maintaining safety and coordination among teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all fit-out works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
Monitor manpower, materials, and tools to ensure proper site productivity.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Conduct quality checks and snag inspections during and after completion.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and highlight any delays or issues.
Verify site measurements and assist in preparing as-built drawings.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years UAE experience
in
interior fit-out projects
(commercial, retail, or residential).
Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Excellent communication and site management skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
