, specifically handling high-quality finishing activities in residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all finishing activities on site including painting, tiling, gypsum, carpentry, and other interior works.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Monitor material usage and ensure minimal wastage.
Maintain strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
Report daily progress and site issues to the site/project engineer.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years UAE experience
in civil construction, with a strong focus on
finishing works
.
Proven experience handling
villas, buildings, and interior finishing
projects.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and site management skills.
Valid UAE driving license is a
plus
.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
