COMPANY OVERVIEW

Infinite Camps is a multi-activity holiday Camps provider currently operating out of 20 venues across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with plans to expand into other gulf regions in the near future. We cater for 600 children per day (aged between4 -12 years old), during school holidays. The Camps program offers a variety of purposeful activities including introductions to sports, creative thinking & arts & crafts.

Job Overview

The role of Camp Lead entails overseeing the Camps sign in process, quality assurance, operational management and health & safety management. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to ensuring the safety, engagement, and satisfaction of participants and their families.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the Camp admin in conducting the team briefing each morning

Provide updates, clarify expectations, and ensure that all staff members are well-informed

Ensure staff are assigned to groups based on their strengths and experience

Check the venue each morning to ensure it's safe and ready for the campers to arrive

Supervise, support and oversee Camp coaches and assistants, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities

Ensure that the sessions encompass a diverse range of activities and effectively teach fundamental skills, rules, and strategies relevant to different sports and activities

Create a positive and inclusive environment, fostering teamwork and fair play

Adapt activities and instructions to suit the varying skill levels and ages of campers

Provide constructive feedback and support to campers, fostering their skill development and boosting their confidence

Oversee the safety of campers during activities by implementing appropriate safety protocols and provide adequate supervision at all times

Report injuries, incidents, emergencies, or concerns, regardless of their severity as per the policies and procedures

Assist with snack and lunchtime

Provide feedback to parents in a professional manner

Key Requirements

PE / Class teachers are highly encouraged to apply

Sports coaches are highly encouraged to apply

Applicants must be fluent in English

Self-transport

Experienced in working with children in a school / sports setting within the UAE

Experienced in leading a team

Capable of handling and reporting any incidents in a professional manner

Coaching / teaching qualification

First aid certificate is a bonus

Working Hours

Camp hours are 8 am - 3.00pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED250.00 - AED600.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
