The Site Admin is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources/Administration and Accounts Department in the Head Office. This includes assisting managing employee documentation, coordinating visa processing, and performing various administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with the HR Department for the New Employees who joined the Site Team for Visa Processing, employee files, both hard copies and digital records.
Ensure accurate documentation for new hires, including contracts, forms, and other employment-related records.
Perform tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, and record-keeping.
Assist in preparing time sheets and other administrative reports to the Project Manager.
Handling the Liquidation of Petty Cash Expenses at site and coordinate with the Accounts Department for the supporting documents.
Log and track delivery notes, ensuring that it will be submitted to the Head Office for processing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, etc.
3+ years of experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
