Manage and supervise security supervisors and guards Ensure full compliance with

Plan duty rosters, deployments, and site operations Handle incidents, investigations, and reports Coordinate with clients, police, and emergency services Conduct training and performance evaluations Improve security procedures and risk managementRequirements:
Valid
SIRA Security Manager Certification
(mandatory) Proven experience in security management in UAE Strong leadership and communication skills Good knowledge of security systems and operationsBenefits:
