MEBS Facility Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Security Manager

who has a proven track record of managing

security operations

. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, be detail-oriented, and fully certified by

SIRA as a Security Manager

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily security operations across multiple client sites in compliance with SIRA and internal company policies. Ensure all deployments and activities adhere to UAE labor law, SIRA regulations, and client SLAs. Lead, mentor, and evaluate security personnel, ensuring effective performance and professional development through regular training and assessments. Coordinate closely with clients, operations, and HR departments to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery and address any site-specific concerns. Monitor and manage security incidents, conduct investigations, and ensure timely reporting and escalation as required. Develop and implement site-specific emergency response plans and ensure readiness through regular drills and scenario testing. Regularly audit sites for compliance, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, taking corrective actions where necessary. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and logs in accordance with SIRA and company standards. Contribute to operational planning, resource allocation, and strategy development to improve security effectiveness and cost-efficiency. Must have prior experience in a renowned security company in Dubai, with proven leadership in managing large teams and complex site operations.

Requirements:

SIRA-certified Security Manager

- mandatory*
Minimum 5 years' experience in managing both security and housekeeping operations. Strong communication, leadership, and crisis management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites/teams. Must be currently available in the UAE
