MEBS Facility Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Security Manager
who has a proven track record of managing both
security and housekeeping operations
. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, be detail-oriented, and fully certified by
SIRA as a Security Manager
.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the security and housekeeping teams across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with SIRA and company standards for all security operations.
Lead and train staff, monitor performance, and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to maintain high service standards.
Prepare reports, manage incidents, and ensure appropriate emergency response planning.
Supervise inventory and housekeeping standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
SIRA-certified Security Manager
- mandatory* Minimum 5 years' experience in a
dual-role
managing both security and housekeeping operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites/teams.
Must be currently available in the UAE and
ready to join immediately
.
