Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced
SIRA-certified Security Manager
with strong operational skillsto lead and elevate our security operations in Dubai.Are you a seasoned security professional with
3+ years of managerial experience
in the UAE? We're looking for a dynamic leader to:Drive and implement cutting-edge security strategies
across diverse properties, including residential, commercial, retail, warehouses, and malls.Inspire, lead, and develop
a high-performing security team.Oversee and master security systems
, ensuring unwavering compliance with all UAE regulations and standards.Develop and execute impactful training programs
to enhance team capabilities.SIRA license is mandatory.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Assistant Manager or above) in Dubai.
