Signage Project Manager

to lead projects from concept to installation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll collaborate with clients, designers, vendors, and installers to deliver high-quality signage solutions on time and on budget.

What You'll Do:

Lead signage projects from start to finish--estimation, planning, production, and installation. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service throughout the project. Interpret technical drawings and design intent to align creative vision with production and installation feasibility. Partner with design and production teams to bring brand, wayfinding, and architectural signage to life. Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each project. Coordinate with fabricators, installers, and subcontractors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather measurements, assess conditions, and oversee progress. Manage permitting and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations when applicable. Proactively troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving forward. Maintain thorough documentation including contracts, schedules, change orders, and punch lists.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing signage, environmental graphics, or construction-related projects. Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, sign plans, and construction documents. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. A collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude.
