Project Manager
to join our dynamic team and oversee a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle from design coordination to site execution and final handover.
Conduct site assessments, client meetings, and project scoping activities.
Supervise and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Liaise with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost-efficiency.
Prepare progress reports, site reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain strong client communication throughout project phases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
(mandatory).
UAE Driving License
(mandatory).
Minimum
3-4 years of UAE experience
managing projects in the
signage
and/or
interior fit-out
industries.
Strong technical knowledge of site execution, materials, and fabrication methods.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of UAE construction and building regulations is an advantage.
