We lead project success stories. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Villa Construction to join a leading developer in Dubai on a secondment basis. This role requires hands-on management of villa construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, consultants, and developers while driving progress, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring timely completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full cycle of villa construction projects, from inception to handover. Proactively manage and follow up with building contractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process. Act as the primary interface between developers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution. Maintain a strong site presence, closely monitoring progress and addressing any delays or challenges swiftly. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project remains on track in terms of cost, time, and quality. Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management. Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in villa construction within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local regulations and construction methodologies. A hands-on, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and quality control. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. A strong construction character, capable of chasing and following up with contractors to maintain momentum and efficiency.
