Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our real estate development projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, with proven experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities to ensure timely and compliant project execution.

Oversee full-cycle project management from planning, design, approvals, execution, to handover. Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., DDA, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RERA, etc.) for permits, NOCs, and inspections. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and cost-effective execution. Lead internal project teams to align project timelines, budgets, and objectives. Review and manage construction schedules, site progress, and issue resolution. Ensure strict compliance with local building regulations, health and safety standards, and project specifications. Monitor project costs, control variations, and provide progress reports to senior management. Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation plans where necessary. Participate in tender processes including technical evaluations and contract finalization.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Min. 8-10 years of relevant experience in real estate development and construction project management in Dubai. Must Have experience of G+4 or higher buildings in Dubai. Strong knowledge of construction methods, local authority regulations, and approval procedures in Dubai. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. UAE driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or similar project management certification (an advantage). Experience in both residential and commercial projects.
