Supervise erection, alignment, leveling, and dismantling of shuttering/formwork
Execute formwork strictly as per
approved structural drawings and shop drawings
Ensure formwork is adequately supported, braced, and safe prior to concreting
Manage shuttering carpenters and helpers, assigning daily tasks
Coordinate with steel fixing and concreting teams
Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of formwork materials and accessories
Prevent formwork-related defects such as leakage, misalignment, and honeycombing
Follow approved
stripping time
and dismantling procedures
Enforce
UAE HSE rules
, including working at height and formwork safety
Assist during consultant inspections before concrete pouring
Qualifications:
ITI / Trade Certificate or equivalent practical training
5-10 years of experience as a Shuttering Foreman
UAE or GCC experience preferred
Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure works
Ability to read and understand structural drawings
Knowledge of formwork safety, load support, and bracing
Hands-on supervision capability on fast-track UAE projects
