We are seeking an experienced Shuttering Carpenter Foreman to lead our carpentry team on construction projects in Dubai. The candidate should be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and ensuring the accurate execution of formwork with the help of carpenters.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide shuttering carpenters on site.
Read drawings/blueprints and ensure correct implementation.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor quality of work.
Ensure safety standards and timely project delivery.
Coordinate with engineers and site management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years UAE/GCC experience in shuttering/formwork.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
