Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret construction drawings
Measure, cut, and assemble formwork for slabs, columns, beams, and foundations
Install and dismantle shuttering systems
Ensure quality and alignment of formwork
(Foreman) Supervise carpentry crew and coordinate site activities
Maintain tools and follow site safety protocols
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in shuttering/formwork carpentry
Familiarity with concrete pouring processes
Ability to lead a team (for foreman role)
Strong understanding of construction drawings and measurements
Reliable and punctual
