The Role
COMPANY: A global brand/manufacturer of bathroom fittings and accessories. POSITION PURPOSE \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote and highlight the concepts of bathroom products to walk-in Customers, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and Contractors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Increase sales of company showroom. DELIVERABLES \xe2\x80\xa2 Educate every customer about the concepts of company products, USPs, competition benchmarking and value addition to the customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Make customers visualize a luxury bathing experience in the showroom. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure conversion of walk-in customers to sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Going out and meeting with Architects, Interior designers, Developers/Builders to educate them about bathing solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Place the brand in the mind of architects, dealers, walk-in clients who visit the showroom. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the needs of the customers and address the same. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish personal rapport with customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maximize customer engagement appropriately within the showroom. \xe2\x80\xa2 Upselling and closing the deal with win-win approach. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet personal business target. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate with other sales teams to invite their contacts and possible leads to visit the company showroom. \xe2\x80\xa2 Introduce and promote new products brought out by the company from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure customers are properly followed-up after their visit to company showroom for generating business.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Have prior experience in a bathroom products showroom in UAE. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have prior experience with the concept of \'need creation\'. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to acquire quick, sound product knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Can quickly build lasting relations with customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in need identification of customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of / exposure to concept selling rather than product selling.
