Shop Floor Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Shop Floor Manager with a strong background in steel fabrication and structural works to lead our production operations. We prefer someone who speaks Urdu. Key Responsibilities: i Supervise day-to-day operations on the shop floor i Ensure timely production and fabrication according to project specs i Manage manpower, machinery, and material planning i Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards i Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, and engineering teams Requirements: i 5+ yearsaEUR(TM) experience in steel structure or fabrication industry i Strong leadership and team management skills i Technical knowledge in welding, cutting, and fitting processes i Familiar with ISO standards and safety protocols i Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication schedules Please send your resume/CV
