Vehicle Knowledge
Expert-level knowledge of American muscle cars (e.g., Dodge, Mustang). Familiar with their engines, suspension systems, electricals, and performance upgrades.Experience
Minimum 5 years in mechanical service or workshop floor management roles.Diagnostics & Programming
Skilled in OBD-II scanning, ECU reprogramming, troubleshooting software faults, and performance tuning.Language
Strong communication skills in English - must be able to explain work and issues to customers and staff clearly.Floor Management Skills
Capable of managing workshop staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles.Customer Handling
Able to interact with customers professionally, advise on services, and ensure satisfaction.Driving License
Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be confident behind the wheel.Test Drive Capability
Required to test vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper functioning and safety.Tools & Inventory Awareness
Should oversee tool maintenance and manage consumable and parts inventory.Basic Admin/Reporting
Familiar with job card processes, basic billing, and workshop reporting formats.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
